corsair lt100 one tower not working

Hey, i bought the LT100 starter kit with the main base and a kit for second tower, so 2 lights in total. When i connect a tower into the main base, the second one suddenly turns off entirely. I

The wizards says it found two towers but only displays one, labeled tower nr 2 (see screenshot). I am also not able to move the position of the tower to the other side of the monitor in the next step of the lighting setup. Unplugging the LT100 or rebooting briefly shows the hardware lighting. However as soon as ICUE loads the towers go dark.

When connecting to Expansion Kit (sold separately), the external power and USB cables will need to be removed from the tower for the LED

It takes more force than seems necessary for the second tower to make contact. Try pushing the "stick" part with more force.

10/12/  · Despite following the directions perfectly, the LT100 towers refused to turn on, sync to anything, or work in any way. It's been quite a long time since I've see a defective review unit, but Corsair was more than willing to fix the issue after working with me to understand what exactly went wrong.
